This contractor performed the work requested but did not clean up well after themselves. They left unused materials and a bucket on my FRONT porch which I had to remove. They failed to vacumn one of the areas of drywall debris. The repair looks fine but required a second taping due to bubbles and loose tape. The extra effort was there but....

Housework provided two men for over 20 hours of labor over three consecutive days for $500 The job was speced to repair two water damaged areas approx 2 x3 ft of ceiling. At the clients request we removed the entire ceiling and molding to the studs and resheetrocked the the entire 6 x 9 foot room and installed new molding for the original price! This was a 5 star job all around. The debris was nearly bagged and the bucket was clean and belonged to the homeowner. Final inspection was done and payment was made in full. Surprised at the review.
