Project: Clean Dryer Vent
Service tech arrived on time. Work was done efficiently and, when an unexpected blockage in the dryer vent occurred, he knew exactly what equipment was needed off the truck to resolve the issue. Tech cleaned up after himself and also provided suggestions as to improve dryer vent cleaning efficiency and minimize future vent problems.

Project: Clean Dryer Vent
Rick Hicks and his employee did a great job with my dryer vent. The service call took about an hour and he was very professional the entire time. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone that has a service need that he is able to fix.

Rick is very personable and does not try to "sell" you on what he can do. Did an excellent job with very little clean up needed on our part. I would higly recommend his services. Our A/C system is working so much better since they cleaned out and inspected our ducts.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Rick really takes responsibility for the job. He made an assessment that he individually could not fix the plumbing problem (it was major) but he made sure he contacted multiple individuals until the problem was diagnosed and stayed with it until the job was complete and problem solved. He is the kind of person you trust to do work in your home.

Project: Hire a Handyman
He is planning to install a door for me when it arrives. He also found someone to install some new gutters on my house and they did a very nice job. I was impressed with his punctuality and professional attitude about his work. Later on, I had to find someone else to install the door because his worker damaged the one that I had provided. He did get me a refund for that, but after that I had trouble contacting him and he didn't return my phone calls.
