I purchased a used tub made in China. When I called, the gentleman (Larry?) told me that he can fix any tub, regardless. when he got to my house, he said that he knows nothing about this tub, and I should get rid of it because I will not be able to get parts. He then looked at the electrical hookup, and found an issue that he fixed. He restated that he can not do anything for me, then ased to get paid. I paid the bill, but told him that he miled me into thinking he could fix the tub; he got irritated. He then called me 10 minutes after he left and said that he could fix it for $1300. I felt like he acted like a sheister.

Quick, thorough and efficient. Showed up when scheduled. Returns calls promptly. Parts were more expensive than anticipated based on other quotes, but install and finish was professional.
