I had two issues with my A/C. They were the only company that figured out the source of the secondary problem. The other 2 companies just wanted to fix the primary problem. They were very well mannered (Jose Arias & helper) & took time to explain the issues & why they needed to be fixed the way they were suggesting. They are a small company so it took them a few days to come for inspection/estimate & then a week for the appointment for the actual work but it was well worth it. Their price was comparable to the other estimates. Not a big deal but on a sidenote- were the only ones who wore shoe covers without being asked to!would use them again

On time for appointment, very knowledgeable & professional, answered my concerns. Told me about one item that could be cleaned, but recommended against it because it wouldn't be a good value. How often does one find honesty like that? I will definitely use this firm again.

My tech Jose didin't have the part to replace for my furnace and had to come back another day. On both occasions Jose was on time and courteous. He explanied to me what was wrong with my furnace and fixed it just in time for the first blow of cold air. I would definitley recommend this company to my friends and family.

HC United and Jose's service is personal, informative, detailed, and honest. He came couple of times to address the issue at hand. He also performed thorough check on my system and recommended a tune and minor repair for the AC to run efficiently at a minor cost. Jose and HC United will be my HVAC company of choice as long as I live in this area. I highly recommend Jose!

Jose Arias from HC United proved to be an excellent serviceman for my AC repair unit. On time, great value, and superb service. He had to deal with wasps nests and a mess left by the developer with the wrong disconnect to the switchbox, in addition to my primary repair need, and was able to take care of things in the short time we had. Thanks!! A++

Project: Install or Replace a Central Humidifier
Jose was very vrey helpful. I wanted to replace my humidifier but Jose found my humidifier working properly and only needed some new wiring for synchronizing its operation and shut-off with the blower. He saved me good monies by making my current unit work. If I were to run a company, I will hire this guy - he is technically sound but more importantly sincere, honest and very customer oriented. I thank him much on this thanksgiving day. Jose will certainly be in business for a long time I am sure. Chandra
