He came without a flashlight, tape measure, or clothing sutible for examining the crawl space. <br /> <br />I explained that I wanted a "project list" for corrections or enhancements needed. Effectively he ignored the garage and house and concentrated on an admittedly out of spec spa house, which is loosly attached to the house. He and I did not have a meeting of minds on what I desired. <br /> <br />
