Excellent service! When they realized that one of the stumps would be less of a job than they had estimated, the price was reduced accordingly. Courteous & punctual also.

Was suposed to show up between around 9 AM. Never showed up so I voice mailed him around 11. Did not call back. Showed up around 2 PM. No apology or explanation. Removed stumps but left a mess of surface roots he could have ground up also. Now I have to buy top soil so I can seed the area with grass. Terrible service.

Customer was totally cost concerned. Called twice during day giving time to job with no phone pick-up. Ground stumps and even moved chips for no extra chharge. Left after customer said job was done completely. Do not understand unfavorable comments and tried many times ( 5 )to contact customer for follow-up and still does not pick-up or return ohone calls.

Returned call immediately. Showed up for estimate on time. Started job immediately. Finished job immediately. Cleaned up professionally. Suggested additional removals. Fair price. Would call again for future needs.

Al deserves 10/10. Came when he said he'd come, with state-of-the art equipment and a capable assistant, did a skilled, professional job (notwithstanding its challenging features - e.g. poor access), tidied up neatly afterwards, all for a reasonable price. Plan to ask him back for more later in the year. Recommend him with full confidence (our first ServiceMagic experience, Al is certainly a big plus for you!). Thanks, George W, Hamden
