I think there was something wrong with the equipment. The man kept going out to the truck and "adjusting" something. Our carpets remain dirty. I used my machine on two spots the man said would "go away" after it dried and was stunned to see that not only did I take those spots out but I also saw how dirty the waste water was in my machine. Clearly there was something wrong with H and S machinery. I feel that I was taken for $100.

I called at 11am and scheduled for 6pm that same day. A lot of other companies don't like to schedule an appointment after 2pm. Harrison showed up on time and did a great job.
