Very helpful and customer service oriented. They have only been in business for 55 years, but, only installing Goodman furnace's/units for 1 year and had not sent their techs to school, but, everything seems to have gone well on the install and time will tell how everything turns out. The techs wore shoe protectors to keep my floors clean and rolled out plastic runners to keep all of their mess off of my floors.They do try very hard to do the right thing and to make the customer happy and assured me that they would take care of me down-the-road!. I would recommend to anyone! Steve

Responded very next day and fixed the problem. I think $85 dollars for a start capacitor was maybe a little high but I could be wrong.

I found Ryan to be helpful in evaluating our needs. He was competitive in price. The installation was done in a timely fashion. One factor that tilted my decision was the warranty they provide. Ten years parts and LABOR on the entire installation. Since they used the existing lines they are covered as part of the installation. Most other contractors would only give 5 Years labor and some only 1 year labor. My research showed that most issues seem to be in the installation therefore I felt the 10 year labor warranty was significant and important.

Were persistant in calling, i liked that, were very friendly, was very prompt to be here on time, called to let me know they were on their way, listened very well to my ideas and needs, we then sat down and went over the cost for the project, When they gave me the cost, it was very reasonable so was no need to contact any one else, they have not done the work yet but will set up an appointment with me to get the work done at my conveinenance, With a attitude like this , I have no fear of the work that will be done by H.A.Lewis heating, plumbing and cooling. Highly reccomend this company. UPDATE. perfect job done, not enough space to describe

Project: Install, Repair or Replace Plumbing or Fixtures
This job involved a tubwall, in wall faucet/shower assembly and exhaust fan. Dan (Co. pres.) did the estimate. When here, he offered a couple of options and followed up promptly with an e-mail that spelled out charges for the various options. He is a very accessable via phone or e-mail. His guys were here on time, completed the work on time, cleaned up and took time to go over what was done and answer any questions. The results are as good as we hoped for, and I would recommend H.A. Lewis without reservation.
