Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
I'm afraid this hasn't been a good experience. H&A cleaned my apartment three times. On the initial visit, they were quite late, making me nearly miss a plane. After the second, I spent 45 minutes looking for things that had been "put away" in places I don't keep them. After the third visit, I found a dishtowel had been left on top of the stove, which has a pilot light. The towel was beginning to scorch when I found it and I fear that if I had not gotten home early for the Thanksgiving holiday, there would not have been a home for me to come to.

We our sorry to say that we were unable to please this customer, and prior to the clients rating we had made a decision to discontinue providing our services due to an intimidating remark from the above customer... The above statements are false and not the way our company dose bussiness. We are sorry that the above customer was not pleased and we wish them well in finding a cleaning service that will make them happy...

They were very curteous, professional and did an outstanding job on the move-out clean I hired them for! I do intend to contact them in the future to set up a regular cleaning service in my new home. I also have recommended them to several people!
