I requested H2O pool service to open my pool. They completed that work. They said there was no water available, however, if they had called me I could have told them the spigot on another side of the house was operational. Not sure of the impact this had on the service

I was disappointed with arrival time extra cost and quality of work. Half of the pool still had leaves

H2O Pool Service has a 100% satisfaction guaranty. Had this customer given us a chance to go back to make the job right, we would have done so. They did not allow us to come back to address their complaints. Also, we always offer a price reduction for services not rendered as promised, if that is the customer's preference.

Came on time and did everything they said they would. Would have preferred they had cleaned filters and ray vac before putting in the storage bag though.
