We use our abilities and training to analyze your needs and ideas to develop designs to meet your health, safety, accessibility and environmental needs. With a combined experience of over 30 years, it is our goal to help you create your ideal living and working environment. Our process: • Analyze your needs, goals, budget, life and safety requirements • Formulate preliminary design concepts that are appropriate, functional and aesthetic • Develop and present design recommendations • Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction, materials, finishes, space planning, furnishings, fixtures and equipment • Collaborate with licensed practitioners who offer professional services in the technical areas of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Engineering as required for approval by the local building authority • Prepare and administer bids and contract documents as your agent • Review and evaluate design solutions during implementation and upon completion
