I called to set up my gutters to be installed. I then had to call back 3 weeks later to see if he still planned on coming. He came later that week. My tomato cages were smashed to the ground and the garden was trampled. There was clearly no attempt to put anything back how it was when they arrived. There were screws laying all over the ground after they were complete. The gutters look good and seem to work, just not at all impressed with communication and customer care. Best deal out there, but don't expect them to clean all the screws up and tidy up when they are done.

Bruce was very nice and easy to work with. When I first contacted him he was out of town on vacation but he arranged for somebody to come bid the job right away for me. That was great, I was ready to get going with the project. The gutters look and work great, I was excited for the big rain the next evening just so I could watch them work :)
