The office stays in communication about the project and workers show up as expected. I have requested alteration in the placement of the downspouts that were not placed where expected. I am awaiting a break in the freezing temperatures before this work is to be completed.

The salesman made several points about the house that other salespeople had not. He noted that the valley in our roof creates an excess of water that overloads most gutters. No other gutter salesperson mentioned that. The in-sink demonstration of the product was impressive.

they were very preofessional and friendly they ran into sum bumps along the way, my house is a contmeporary and they ran into a few angle which they had to work aroundm the poor guys thought they would be done in 2 hours, it did not turn out that way. It looks great and the next day it pured and I had gutters
