I called this company on a sunday & they did come out promptly.  The tech said he repaired the thermostat & did a little maintance on my a/c system.  The system worked on & off for the next 3 hours & went out completely again.  I called the next day & asked for someone to come back out.  I talked to people there, left several messages & noone responded to me.  They had a worker out sick, I understand that, but noone ever got back to me.  When I called another Co. they found the problem...a bad switch.  Gunter's never mentioned that.  I do not recommend this company they took my money, didn't repair my system, and would call me back.
