Took a week longer to start job. The chain link was perfect very pleased but the vinyl gate and posts were a foot off the ground and they would not get back to us to correct it.

We told Don that it would take approximately 2 weeks from signing to install the fence and that we would try to get the fence installed within a week but no promises. We attempted to call, email, and even text Don to let him know we would be willing to come back out to make the gate look however he would like it to look but for an extra charge since he told the crew while they were installing the gate that he wanted the top to be flat and he would just fill in the bottom with pavers. Very sad when a company with great reviews gets a bad one for doing exactly what the client tells the company to do. Still waiting to here from Don on the gate.

dereck was so friendly and helpful. whenever i had a question, he was available. i am single and on a fixed income and he realized that and cared about that when he gave me the price of the fence. it was up when he said it would be and it looks awesome. i can't say enough good things about this company. i want to put a picket fence in my front yard, and i will definitely use them again. linda c
