Company gave time-frame of when they would arrive. They arrived within that time-frame but at the very end of it for both the estimate and the work. Work was done in timely manner. They listened well to our specifics of how we wanted the tile to look. Everything turned out exactly as expected and looks great. Reasonably priced.

Our company schedules estimates and job arrival times usually in 30 minute to one hour allotments. With estimates being within one specified hour and arrival times within usually 30 minute time frames, i.e. 7:30 and 8:00 am. This in no way is meant to inconvinience our clients. It is to ensure our estimater/installer has enough time to arrive without keeping our clients waiting. We are always alloting extra time for traffic delays or delivery issues.
