I, Pauline, am the owner of Guava. Been in the catering business for over 30 yrs, but started my own company 5 yrs ago. I cook all my dishes from scratch which means no canned products which contains a lot of preservatives. My native Land is Jamaica W.I. where I migrated from at the age of 16 yrs old. My specialty dishes are Jamaican, Italian, American and Soul Food also very delicious Homemade Cakes and Desserts (but capably of baking whatever you ask for). Don't let the size of your budget prevent you from having delicious dishes at your event.
