Bob was a good professional.  He was prompt to arrive, quick to determine the problem, and thorough to resolve it.  The only thing I would have preferred would have been for him to notify me of ALL the costs involved beforehand.  He let me know the cost (of the parts) when he was describing the problem, but I felt like he threw in the added cost of labor as I was writing the check.  A little higher than expected but he got the job done.  If you don't mind paying a little more to get the problem taken care of in a timely fashion by a legitimate professional...he's your man!
