Project: Install a Wood Fence
The Customer Service was non-existant. Guardian fence only contacted us 6 weeks after contract signed (and 40% deposit paid) and numerous phone calls to them. At that point, they continually put us off (job quoted to be done in 4-6 weeks didn't start until 7.5, and didn't finish for 9 weeks). One piece was installed upside down, yet owner, Tony, (who had been non-existant in all work and communication up until this point) tried to strong-arm and intimidate into paying for job done poorly, and not according to contract. The aggrevation of multiple phone calls and weeks waiting eliminate any value to this job.

My vinyl,Fulton STD,6H is wonderful old down and new up in 2 days.The installer is very great,knows all.he did all by himself,79 feet of down and up was wonderful.Jim gave me more information than anyone had,I am very pleased with his work!!

It is hard for me to rate them because they haven't even started the job yet. They were here in May, gave me an estimate, I paid the down payment, and they said they'd start the job at the beginning of June. I've called several times, and each time they tell me,"You're on the schedule for next week".

Project: Install a Chain Link Fence
We are very happy with the final results. Our only concern was with scheduling problems. We realize that they were hamstrung by the weather and some situations that were out of their control, but we were disappointed that the project wasn’t completed sooner. More than once they didn’t show up when promised. However, when the job was completed, it was of the highest quality. Once the project was started, Guardian went above and beyond, which included the owner himself ensuring that the project was finished to our great satisfaction. Thank you, Mr. Innes!

They are a professional team and got the job done quickly. My yard looks beautiful now with this beautiful fence. Tony made sure every nook and cranny was secure so my dogs would always be safe. I will recommend Guardian Fence to family and friends.

After signing the contract on my fence, it was only a few days later that the guy came and put up the posts. The problem was after the posts were done I didn't see anybody for 2 more weeks. Then when they finally did come back, i was told that he was out sick, and nobody contacted me to finish the project. They waited till he came back to work. I feel someone should have finished the job like I was told 2-3 weeks, not wait for the same person to get back to work.

Their workmanship was excellent, everything looked great and they were very professional. The only complaint is that the project took weeks longer than what they told me and the project manager did not provide updates
