Courteous, professional; clear communication about service. Day one, cleaned and inspected. Identified repairs needed, gave price. Upon my acceptance, scheduled return visit to make repairs and install chimney cap. I waited a while before sending evaluation because I wanted to use the fireplace and be sure it was ok before giving a rating.
