The service technician was prompt and thorough in his work.  He covered all the ducts and dryer vent. It was a good thing as it was very clogged and could have started a fire. I am very grateful that I had this done and he showed me how to maintain it as well.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Their customer service was great, I really did like them. I have newer carpet and it's just my husband and I in the house no pets, no kids, and we never wear our shoes in the house so our carpet was pretty clean and in good shape. We just had a couple of spills where there were spots on the carpet and the ONLY reason I was having the carpet cleaned was to get these spots out and they are still visable. Guarentee came out a second time no questions asked to try again but without success. This is the first time I've ever had carpets cleaned, so I have no one to compare them with. But if I do it again I might try someone else just to see.

Dave was running a little behind at the stop ahead of me. He called me three times to let me know his progress. When he arrived at my home he introduced himself right away and had flowers. I showed him around my house and he stayed real focussed on the air ducts and described to me everything that he would do. He let me know ahead of time when he was going to another room and what he was going to do. Very friendly too. The whole job took a little over three hours, and he did a great job! <br />
