Jim and Dan were great. They were very dependable, honest and straight forward with thier advice and recommendations for my septic tank and field installation and thier finished product was first rate.

I seldom hire contractors, as I'm never satisfied with the work. This is a great exception. Jim got me a quote quickly, walked through the issues and plan, and was patient about answering questions and waiting for me to pull the trigger. They showed up on time, did beautiful work, and answered questions I had as they went along. They ran into a few snags due to quirks in my old cottage based home, and handled them smoothly. In the end, I was so pleased I gave them a bonus - rather unlike me as I'm quite a stingy customer.

Project: Repair a Septic System
Due to the location of our property, we had many issues that had to be addressed in replacing our septic system. Jim worked with us, the engineers, and, the County, to resolve all of these issues and correct problems that were created by other contractors. His recommendations for other tradesmen to help us out were also first rate.

Project: Repair a Septic System
Few repairs bring about more stress than replacing a faulty septic system. Gualtieri Construction made the whole process more manageable.They gave me a reasonable price and that’s what I paid. They were always open to talk about what they were doing. When they told me they would be on site on Tuesday I assumed this meant contractor time, so maybe Friday. They arrived when they said they would even at the hottest point of the summer. I really have nothing negative to say about these guys so you won’t find any of that here. If you are unfortunate enough to have to go through this then I really don’t see how you could do better with anyone else.

They were very prompt and called me. Follow-up estimate was made and contract was brought to me today (5/13/10). Work to be started within 2 weeks. Very knowledgable and able to give me peace of mind with a project that is not known to me.

I have recently used Gualtieri Construction & Land Investors to unearth and repair a septic tank system. I give them an “Excellent” rating. The owners, Jim & Dan, were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and performed all the work in a timely manner. They respected my property as well as my time. Both my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. I was also very impressed with the project clean-up. The best compliment I could give them is this: “I would use Gualtieri Construction again in a heartbeat.”

Project: Repair a Septic System
My experience with Jimmy Gualtieri was very good! We didn't know what the problem was but he gave me a fair estimate of what we thought it might be. Then after the tank was exposed with the problem he came up very fair solutions, fixed the problems and the cost was lower then the estimate. I was very satisfied thanks again!!
