Mr. Grubb and son arrived and quickly assessed the requirements for the project (cutting down a dead tree). They asked some pertinent questions regarding the disposition of the felled tree, and commenced to do what they do. They worked quickly and were very professional, I was very satisfied with the final result.

Showed up a week late (in Spring). Acted as if the residue clean up was "a pain" so he left it . Now, when I'm getting ready to plant, I find out that the grinding did not remove all of the stump/roots in the hole before I plant. I will need to hire someone to clean up his poor performance. I just wanted a good job and was willing to pay for it. However, I would never recommend his services at any price.

Miss Utility clearly marked the stumps and I could only grind to a safe depth without damaging utiliies. The utility lines were located around and under the stump and I could not justify the risk of grinding deeper. The customer was informed of this. I was unaware of customer disatisfaction. He stated everything looked fine. Removal of stump grinding chippings is an additional service.
