The grout was to be replaced. 24 hours after it was don, it was wiped with a damp sponge and some came completely out. The original grout was only ground down with about 1/16" of new grout over it. He did promptly return and repair it. The service was very good but I question how long it will last if it's all only 1/16" thick!
