The whole experience was very positive! From the visit to get an estimate, to getting the job done. Brandon came to my house at the appointed time and did not leave until it wall all beautifully finished. I could not be happier! My kitchen looks like new.

They did a great job sealing the grout in my downstairs areas. Brendan, who performed the work, was as friendly as can be. Before selecting the stain color, Brendan took the time to show me how it would look by applying it to different areas of the floor. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Joe was very pleasant and willing to "touch up" areas I felt were not covered with grout adequately. After he left, when I used the hall bath shower, I noticed he did not remove the silicon "grout" that was originally applied when the house was built. Therefore, only 3 of the 4 sides of the tub were re-grouted. Joe did tell me that the silicon material is difficult to remove completely and that his company does not like using the silicon product for grouting.
