I am very happy with Ken Campbell's work and professionalism. He was prompt both times we met - once for the bid and once to do the work. He cleaned up after the job and the quality of this work was excellent. I have already recommended him to a neighbor. I will certainly call him again when the need arises.

I asked for an invoice/receipt and product information to clean my travertine floors after this service and Ken Campbell hasn't responded in 5 days. No follow through to develop a client base or referral system.

Only contractor that actually showed up for a bid. Fair pricing. worked on Travertine and Marble and shower regrout. Only small comlaint was the cleanup. Found grout powder on counters and tables. Knowledeable about tile and pre-warned us about some possible challenges of replacing one or two tiles and how that might affect the good tile next to the repair. Overall satisfied. Arrived on time and completed job on time.

They called immediately. Withing 5 minutes of my post on ServiceMagic. They came over and did a quote and returned the next week at 9 am and finished the job at 2 pm. I did not have time to check the job at the time because I had company coming and staying a week. I had hired them to clean the tiles and grout and also to seal the tile and grout. The grout was steam cleaned and then sealed. The excess grout seal is still attached to my tiles and needs to be scraped clean. I am not able to clean it off easily. I hired them because I didn't have time to clean the tile. I now have a horrible mess to try and scrape clean. I would not recommend.

I needed to have the travertine tiles and marble counter tops in the bathroom cleaned, sealed, and where needed, regrouted. I was given a quote and was told it would take the full day, so the quote seemed reasonable. But then on the day they came, they claimed they were done within 3 hours. I went into the bathroom and was SOOOOOO disappointed. I had to point out all the areas they missed. My tiles looked worse than before they came.

I went back twice on response to a call and corrected all things identified as an issue and even went back to fill a grout line that had a pin hole in it. Everything should have been taken care of
