Extremely disappointing experience. I trusted the good reviews and hired GLD to do a project. The initial estimate was given in mid-March. We accepted the proposal on Apr 7, were told that we would be contacted soon to begin. On May 2 sent another request &was told it would start the next week. Jun 2 sent request or if we should find someone else, again told it could start next week. Husband called July 3rd and gave him a deadline of 1 wk. Ramzi scheduled 7/10 with me. He came without the necessary tools, and after beginning work told me he had underestimated the depth and would be 2x initial cost. We will pay for the little work done & find someone else.

this customer wanted us to take concrete out for free and that was the extra charge i asked for , and regarding the delay it was due to the weather not us.

We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by GLD. The guys were extremely fast, courteous, and professional. The owner Ramzi always seemed to take the time to answer any questions I had about the job. I would recommend GLD to anyone who is looking for a landscaping company with prompt, professional service and fantastic attention to detail at a very reasonable price. Thanks again guys, we really love the new retaining wall!!!!!!!

Phone contacts were very pleasant. Some garbage was not picked up so they came back but still not all was collected. Overall though they were very responsive.

We did the job right 100% .I was very surprise that there was alot of garbage around the house, we did pick up as much as we can ( beer cans , pop cans .... ) but at the end ,this is not why we where there , we were doing a spring clean up which is take all the leaves , dead plants , tree and shrubs dead branches, not pick up garbage !!!!!!!!!!
