Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
He is not responding, he promised to cover all expense because he did not cut tile correctly or clean grout. Will not pick up and has not called back. He damagd plumbing which should have been repolaced, but I had to pay another pro to fix after he promised to pay for damages.

Came right away and gave reasonable estimate. Job came in for estimated price. Paul came with two other men to help and did the work themselves. Was not a situation where he estimates the job, gets the work and then some crew you've never seen before shows up. Nice work. Very user friendly. Would definitely use them again.

I gave them a long list of assorted projects and they did everything on my list properly and timely, and cleaned up before they left. They even did some extra things: they replaced my closet floor moulding without being asked, they bought a replacement light fixture when we found out that the one I bought was the wrong type, and they fixed the entire area around my window when I only asked them to fix a small area below it. I definitely recommend this company.
