Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I shopped around several contractors to replace our roof including several large companies that EVERYONE in our development had used to replace their roofs and recommended. We decided to go with Griffith and we are SO happy that we did. They were by far the most aggressive on price, and their quality was spectacular. They provided service to repair a leaking roof in the back of our house that needed immediate attention. Then they fit me in to the schedule early as I had asked them to keep me in mind if there were any openings early. They came out and were done the roof in one day and everything was cleaned up and in great condition. A+.

Griffith Exteriors did a great job on roof. went above & beyond the call of duty. took down old antenna on roof. put new chimney, added insulation to parts of roof. took pride in their work & cleanup. Chris was always easy to get in touch with, I got 5 estimates, and Griffith was the lowest by far.

Griffith Exteriors did a real nice job .. They didn't stop working form 7:00AM till the job was complete. Hard working bunch of men. The job forman even ran out to get additional lumber that was needed for repairs, nice to know that no corners were cut.

They arrived at 7am, finished the roof, was cleaned up and out by 5pm. Very professional and responsive to any questions. Their estimate was way below competitor estimates for better quality materials and longer warranty for labor.

I have to say that Griffith Exteriors did a fantastic job on our roof. We originally received 5 estimates because price was important to us and we wanted to be sure we were not over paying. Griffith Exteriors came in near the bottom of the bidders and almost $1000 less than some of the bids we received. We ultimately chose them because of their price point, their portfolio of past work, their high rating on Service Magic, and the great communication we had from the owner, Kris. We were not dissapointed. Great work & the crew also did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend using Griffith Exteriors for your next roofing job.

Great! Great! Great!....Kris G. was great with his attention to detail and giving the extra effort to make sure we were happy with the work he did(windows, siding, and gutters). Something most contractors lack. Kris and his crew were very curteous, efficient, and knowledgable. If you have exterior work that needs to be done right and done well...I recommend that you give Griffith Exteriors a call.
