Rating: Project: Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home Greystone sub-contracted the job to Steam Team.  They were scheduled to be here between 10 and 12.  They arrived at 1:20 with no phone call until around 12.  They did a good… Read Complete Rating Greystone sub-contracted the job to Steam Team.  They were scheduled to be here between 10 and 12.  They arrived at 1:20 with no phone call until around 12.  They did a good job on a pet stain, but missed a couple other areas.  Overall it wasn't too bad, but the job was priced at $69.  After the job was started I was told deodorizer for the pet problem would be $45 and scotchguaed would be $35. I agreed to the deodorizer.  The guy then offered the scotchguard for $20 if I had cash.  I declined.  I believe the one guy, Walt, had alcohol on his breath.  That's a Big no no in my book!
