I needed to get my stairs fixed. I submitted the request to service magic. Within one hour Grey Rock Hardscapes was at my house and they gave me a very reasonable estimate. I was pleasantly surprised with their response time. They came back in 2 days, and completed the job. They were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. This company provides stellar customer service and the work was done beyond my expectations.

Very satisfied with the work done. Renee part provided everything she promised and more. She started when she said she would and finished when she said she would producing a great result. She also made number of suggestions which improved our original design a great deal.

Grey Rock's team put in a 300 sq ft paver patio in an area I'd been told had difficult access; I was also having trouble getting quality estimates due to access and smaller size. They were the only company which brought references to the original site visit. The team showed up on time each day, finished the job in less time than expected, and did a beautiful job on the patio. The price quoted originally was the final price for the job. The team was courteous, professional, and made my 3yr old daughter's day by waving back to her while working in 90+ degree heat. I'd recommend Grey Rock to a friend and would use them again.

THe wall looks great The workmanship of the crew oould not be better.The owner,Renee was in site every day.She treated the project like it was her house When the wall was built they finished the project. Theylanscaped the entire front with mulch and plants working with our plans.They also dressed the driveway entrance to match Gray Rock takes pride in every thing they do

Grey Rock was responsive, quick to provide an estimate that was very competitive. The work was started and completed as promised and the work site was left clean and debris/trash free. We were very pleased with the work and the outcome. The Grey Rock representative was quite personable. She took an interest in our plans and was not in any respect a pushy sales person. All in all, Grey Rock was great.
