I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this business. I met with Mr. Greiner on April 2, 2011 and hired him to complete a landscaping of my backyard with a $1200 budget, paying him a $600 deposit. As of May 4, 2011, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE IN MY YARD. He advised that it would be a 4 week time frame, but I was under the impression he would be doing something. He even called me two weeks ago and advised he would be getting started. NOTHING!!! Obviously, all of his customers are not important. Needless to say, I'm awaiting the return of my money.

Mr. Greiner worked with my budget to create an attractive design. He arrived to the consultation with ideas in mind based on our conversation but was also open to hearing my ideas. The work was completed in the time frame he gave me and within the quoted budget.

Mark was prompt in scheduling an appointment that fit my schedule. He always called with updates and scheduling. He was kind and courteous as was his work crew. The design incorporated our needs and desires and he made it expandable for the future. He met with us after the work was done to go over the plants and the particulars in how to care for them. Awesome!

Gave a quote with a quick turnaround time. The day before he started the job, he called to get clarification on everything (which I appreciated). I was really nervous as this is the first time I've hired someone for this and wasn't there to watch the transformation. However, the entire job was done in one day and looks great! I haven't gotten the bill yet, but he was sure to be clear about pricing so I'm sure there will be not surprises.

We completed the work as it was specified. When the customer said she was disappointed that she didn't get more for her money, we gave her additional plants at no charge.

Im very disappointed....my main reason for hiring a landscaping company was to professionally raise my beds which I could not afford 5 years ago when I built the house...It was my most stressed point when Mark came out to the house for my estimate...needless to say my beds are not raised. He used price as an excuse when I confronted him and I reminded him that we agreed that the final price may change either way a bit....even worse...I did not recieve a phone call asking me if I wanted to spend more to get the beds where I wanted them..Better yet suggest that he use fewer plants in order to spend more to raise the beds...many issues!!!!!!

We used the amount of soil that was in the estimate, and used it in the most critical areas. We regret that the final results were not what the customer had envisioned. The owner wasn't sure how long she was going to stay in the house, and we worked within her budget accordingly.
