This was a wonderful experience, Mr Greg took time to understand exactly what i need and wanted done, he went out of his way to make sure that I was completely happy with the materials and his services. He help me by giving input on the quality of the materials that I bought, that in itself was a plus to me, cause nobody want to waste any money in these time. I really enjoyed working with Mr Gregory Pass, he was so nice and easy going. Thanks,

Residential Renovations Unlimited was hired to perform an addition on our home. We were initially impressed by his home building history, however as our project began our confidence in this company declined rapidly. Due to this company's lack of attention to detail and poor workmanship we were left with having to hire additional contractors to come in and repair; leaking roof, concrete slab, sheet rock etc... costing thousands, therefore i cannot recommend Residential Renovations Unlimited.

I am sorry Mr Y you were not completly happy with your addition. We have completed hundreds of jobs, and remodels in the Baton Rouge area, and have never had a complaint, But only received the highest of regards. you had sent us a message that you had a small roof leak, and we made the repair promply at our expence, We have enstalled flooring for hundreds of homes, without any complaints. you elected to use another company to complete your flooring. We have no control when we do not perform the work. the drywall was completed, and to your satisfaction when complete. we were not hire to complete painting as well. Sincerly Greg Pass

I hired Mr.Gregory Pass to do some Carpentery Work. It was a big undertaking. Mr.Pass came and surveyed the job and was very courteous & gave a price he would do the job for. He did a fine job as promised and when finished there was no hidden cost. He has all the latest tools and equipment for the job.I found Mr.Greg to be honest in everyway. I would put his work up against anyone in the Baton Rouge area. He is the man for the job, I highly recommend him.
