Very professional; very responsive to my desires; work crew was small (2 people), but VERY hard working and efficient; quick to remedy ANY problems.

The qulaity of work was excellent. There were a few minor hick-ups with waht was installed versus the contract, but GNA did willingingly make the necessary changes to be in full compliance with contract. Overall, we had a positive experience with GNA.

Their work seemed acceptable, but the work they did upstairs killed a ceiling light downstairs. They said they'd replace it if we bought a new lamp. We did. 2 weeks after they finished the bathroom we are still waiting for them to come back and do this as well as to remove the trash from demo in the back yard and porch and to remove their tools and equipment from the back yard and porch also. still waiting for them to finish the access panel also. Should have not made the final payment until everything was 100%. Don't understand how they can be doing other work if they left their tools here.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We had a good discussion on the possibilities of the bathroom remodel, he worked carefully with us in picking out supplies, and offered suggestions for reducing the overall cost. Followed up quickly on a few remaining issues. From start (design) to finish, about 6 weeks. Very professional, looks great.

Project: Bathroom Remodel
Excellent work. I have recommends them to neighbors in our condo. My wife was a draftsman at one time, understood what they were saying. We interview so many contractors, very disappointed. They did not know what they were doing. Greg did an excellent job, great people to work with, hard working, did a wonderful job., They laded everything out for the work. They were just super. We are very pickle people, they were not, just wonderful.
