Project: Repair Brick or Stone Flatwork
Jerzy Radka runs a great business - I am very pleased with the results of the brickwork and the new pathway. Also to be highly praised are Vladimir and Nick, who did the actual bricking and were polite, pleasant, efficient and, above all, cleaned up with no reminding or requesting from me! The work was actually finished a day earlier than expected, despite pouring rain - the last remaining chore to be done is to spread sand over the bricks, but this couldn't be done until the rain stops and we manage some good weather. This is a company I will use again, and recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping and brickwork they need doing.

We would like to thank Jerzy and his crew for turning a really bad and stressful situation into a wonder success. You all did a beautiful job of restoring our bulkheads, flagstone pathways, and stone stairs to a better state than before they were destroyed. We highly recommend Greenwood International and their crew. Please feel free to use as a reference.

Very bad experiences. Initially I choose another company, but a few hundred dollars less bid so I choose Greenwood. The project is replacing part of foundation drain and downspouts drain. First day they refuse to dig out existing downspouts drain . Later I found they tried to save materials whenever possible. I've asked them to do the same as Irrigation & Landscape Management, Inc. promised to do, they told me that was not professional and what they do were professional. 1 month later I called them with an issue for over 2 weeks and left lots of voice mails, no answer. Basically they refuse to do the warranty work they promised.

Jerzy and his team did a nice job building a stone patio in my back yard. I'm very pleased with the stone he selected for the job. My only constructive feedback is that a little more proactive communication on the timing of the job would have been helpful.
