No snow. I have not needed snow removal services to date.

Were suppose to do a full lawn analysis and suggest additional services but they never showed up nor called to reschedule. The work they completed was fine but possibly could have gotten more.

I've already given my neighbor their information. Ryan has been very helpful.

I waited a day and a half for them to tell me they were not able to plow because of a car blocking the alley way causing me to miss a day of work. One thing I forgot to mention,instead of them calling me and telling me about the car blocking the,I had to call them hours later to find out they couldn't do it.

Please remember that you called us last minute during the worst snow storm in 20 years and we still made every attempt to service your property. When we arrived, there was a car in the entry way blocking our access to your property and preventing us from being able to clear the snow. We left a message for you in regards to this issue. They were professional, flexible, and did an outstanding job. Their workers were very skilled, polite, and extremely competent. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, or recommend them to anyone requiring snow (blizzard) removal. I will now consider their lawn maintence services come spring. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Their standard for service is top notch!

I am very pleased with both the service and the follow-up. As a business, our needs can be very specific to assure safety of our staff, customers, and the general public who use the sidewalks in front of our buildings. The staff of Greenwise has worked closely with us to schedule our service at the times that are best suited to our needs. The management of Greenwise does a follow-up, via e-mail, to let us know when service was performed and invites comments or criticism to improve their service.
