The employee was very polite, and accomodating

Everyone I worked with at Greenview were very knowledgeable and courteous during the entire process. The landscape professionals were awesome and provided informative feedback on how to take care of my yard.

I was a little disappointed in the plantings. I guess I had expected more, The sidewalk is beautiful, but the color dipicted in the photo was red, but it came out kind of pink.

I had some drain pipes buried and some lighting installed. Tom was really easy to work with, communicated well, and showed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend working with him. We have had a lot of work done on our new house, and Tom's been one of the best folks that we've had around.

This company has poor customer communication, poor employee communication, the work is very unprofessional. Will never refer to anyone and will tell all I know to never hire this company! Very unsatisfied!

Unfortunately no matter how hard we tried to please customer there was no pleasing him and he decided that his 50% down payment was going to constitute payment in full and he was going to dictate how the job was completed. Unfortunately you can not make everyone happy. I have hundreds of happy customers whos jobs I would be glad to provide addresses for and send people to look at.

I tried all the nation wide services and was never happy with the results. None of them got rid of my crab grass problem. After the first application from Greenvoew the problem was diminnishing. Now affter three applicayions I no longer have that problem and my grass is looking like a great lawn again

This started as a modest project to replace one long retaining wall and rebuild a walkout stairway, but as things progressed and I got to know Tom and his crew, I felt very comfortable and impressed with the work ethic and professionalism. As a result, the project has now grown to replace the original 110' wall, a 60' wall, a 40'wall, patio, 3 walkways and stairway walkout. I consider Tom a friend as well as my contractor. 5 out of 5 Stars

Response was quick. Project outline was concise and thorough. I have had to defer this project until nexy year because of finances.

They were very quick to get us a quote, and we went with Greenview for the job, as they were the best price. We had to wait 5 weeks before we were able to install the retaining wall (note, there was bad weather at this time). I got a panicked call before the first day of work asking what color block I wanted, even though that was noted on the contract. I never knew when they were going to show up. Project took 4+ days vs. the 1-1/2 days I was quoted. Never returned my phone calls with questions after the project was completed. I now have to hire someone to come out and fix the job. Classic example of you get what you pay for.

I am sorry the customer feels the way that they do, however I am unable to control the weather and July was way above normal for rain, and that is why the job took longer than 1 1/2 days. I never received any phone calls regarding questions after the project if I had I would have returned them. Also my hardscaping is backed up by a three year warranty, and I would have been happy to resolve a problem if I were aware of one. I have hundreds of very happy customers who will give me a great referral, and let customers come out to their property to view jobs that we have done.
