Greene Landscaping did what they said they would do and were able to get to my yard a few days earlier than they had anticipated. I appreciate their willingness to communication with me: they called back soon after the initial contact, were prompt with the estimate, they kept me apprised of the process all along, and did a good job. As to the rest of the experience with Service Magic: I asked online two companies to provide estimates...neither contacted me. I then called SM and they directly called two other providers. One called me but never showed for the estimate. Only Greene handled the request for service professionally.
