The contractor was honest and stuck by his estimate for the work even though it took them longer to complete the job. He attempted to keep the work area as clean as possible. However, the quality of the texture work was not totally up to par. However, I think I would use him again for small jobs.

Brad Siler did an outstanding job at Northside Mental Health Center. He was very responsive and provided top quality carpentry work. I will use him again for future project needs in the Tampa Area.

Green Way worked around my schedule understood my time issues, worked diligently, was very courteous, was clean with the work area, and solved my issues with my house. I will use them again.

This customer was looking for an unlicensed, off the books quote. When I would not do business on his terms, he and his very aggressive friend became rude and belligerent. The price given to him was very fair and low by market trends and he was given a "not to exceed amount". It is unacceptable for this customer to be allowed to defame my profile.

They were a waste of my time. They no-showed me the first appointment and the second one the person came out to estimate the bid and wanted for me to pay an hourly rate of $65 for two people with no maximum for the price. He said it might take 2 people a day, doing the math quickly in my head I asked him if he was serious. He was really giong to try to charge me over $500 to do this very small drywall job. Needless to say I told him he was crazy and sent him on his way. FYI- I go the job estimated and done by another Company for $150.
