The contractor was very friendly but the work performed was very poor. They couldn't get signal strength above 50 which imo is way too low.

This customer never contacted me about any problems. his spirit is evil.He could have contact me if he was not satisfied with my service.My work is warranted for 12 months. He paid me. Everyone deserves a change to correct complaints and issues before public announcement. Ulysses

Unbeliveable, I did not performed anywork for this guy.I received his work request to service a used OTA antenna.He wanted to increase the length and add a amplifier to it. He had ordered an amplifier on-line and was waiting for it to arrive. we agreed on a price $100.00, He promise to call me when he gets the amplifier. He never called! I called and e-mailed him; left messages with my ph# to call me. Several days later a Service Magic agent e-mailed me to get in touch with this customer about his project.So I called him 2 times that day,left messages to call me: no response. I called him the next morning,he said he change his mind.
