on time and got the job done quick

One man completed the job after we talked about what I wanted. He restored some "Dignity" to the trees after a Westar hired company butchered the tree. He stacked the bigger pieces on an existing pile and shredded the rest. Great job all the way around.

Not the most professional people I've worked with! They made a lot of excuses, didn't follow my directions, and did not finish on time. In the end, we got a sprinker system...but it was not at all what I expected. I expect that when you spend a large sum of money to install a system, you should be treated as a priority...not put off because they have other things to do. Trained "professionals" should know how to watch out for a sump pump line....especially when they are told about it ahead of time. It was not a good experience!

Prompt and professional.

I hired them to cut down a tree and grind the stump. They did that, but the mess they left behind was excessive. They also broke some of my stepping stones and damaged several hostas.

As with any large tree removal in a confined space there may be some damage, especially to delicate plants below. The three flagstone stepping stones were replaced and we offered to replace the damaged hostas with new ones which the customer declined to have us do. As always we do what it takes to insure our customer's are satisfied. Any small issues in this case were resolved and the customer paid in full.

The repp. was good and they did a great job.
