Project: Winterize or Activate a Sprinkler System
Never showed up on time or no call ahead to inform me of an expected time. Also, did not give a quote for additional services, so I was shocked to see specific services on the bill.

Customer called 4 months later for maintenance services showing she would use Green ServPro again! Service time frames are within 2 hour window, arrival time set between 1 & 3. Technician showed up at 2 p.m. Customer felt we should have called since we did not come at 1 p.m. Customer did not answer front door and was surprised when technician accessed the back yard to service irrigation system. Additional work was quoted verbally for 2 additional hours plus materials. Customer discounted for additional services due to complaint.

Project: Trim Trees
Green ServPro, LLC performed tree service, including pruning and removal of 2 Mexican fan Palms. The workmen were prompt, hard working and capable. In addition, the company also did some repairs on my watering system. Again, the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them , and plan to use them in the future.

Did everything I asked of them and more.

It is unfortunate that the rock suppliers charge so much for the materials. We try and get the best deals available however when rock is delivered in smaller quantities it gets a little more expensive. Thank you for your business Clinton.
