I was very disappointed.

There was a misunderstanding on which areas were to be cleared and when the customer called and complained I immediately returned to the location and completed the additional area at no extra charge. We strive for customer satisfaction at GreenScene and are disappointed to see an unsatisfied customer after our efforts to correct the mistake.
