Value for the Money was rated 4 because we would need to see how efficient it will be for the summer. Therefore, will need to see how much cooler it will be before I can give it a 5 star rating. :) Management was punctual & professional.

Green Roof Designs is the the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. As a Landlord and Investor in several states. I have dealt with many contractors and vendors. What sets this company apart is; his dealings are sincere, honest and very detailed from his calls to his contract to the job performance to quality and "follow-up" which is usually where most companies fail.....Green Designs is AAA. As long as he is available...I will no longer have to look for Roofers in so CA! Now one may think this is too good must be writtend by a relative or employee ; not at all, I am just one of his very very satisfied customers!!!.

Green Roof Designs is a no nonsense organization ! Mike Michaels is a very professional customer service oriented person, he will work wilth you, they do every thing legitamitely, pulling all the necessary permits with the city ! laying out various samples, discussing with the customer what the city requires from the owner as to being energy efficient. At the end Mike lets you decide what you want and keeps you informed on the current laws and or the current requirements from the city ! I strongly recomend any one who needs a roof that "Green Roof Design is the place to go if you want professional service and professional installation .

Mike was at all times courteous and efficient. His crew worked fast and well together. I am thoroughly satisfied and will always recommend Green Roof Designs. I had obtained 6 estimates and had a professional roofer along with my son look over all bids and GRF came out on top.

Mr. Mike Michaels was very professional, reasonable, and reliable. My husband was pleased with our new roof and their finishing it on time as promised. There was some delay, but it was not their fault (Home Depot's delivery personnel's). Although we won't really know if there would be leaks until it rains, we are confident that if that happens, Mr. Michaels would be quick to fix it. He gives us the impression that he is a man of his word. We will gladly recommend him to anyone. In fact, my husband already recommended him to his boss.
