It took four overall trips to my home to finally get the project finished after I was initially told that this would be a one day project...1 day for the install and then the inspection. I also feel that I was lied to by the owner of the companhy as it relates to one particular item on the job.

I called you to discuss your concerns. There is no way 14 windows could have been done in 1 day. The sales person should not have told you otherwise. We had to make multiple trips because some windows were on backorder, which we had no control over. Two other trips were because of the inspectors. One inspector wanted one thing, the second one said everything was fine the way it was. Each inspector has their own way of doing things. Please call us to discuss what you feel you were lied to about. I do not believe our actual owner lied to you about anything. I would be more than happy to discuss your concerns. Please feel free to call us.

Professional, reasonably priced, and installed the windows when they said they would. Good clean installation and everything went on schedule and at the original price they quoted. Good Company!

New windows look great and I believe I got a fair price; however, a little dissapointed that the wind mitigation report wasn't included.
