The owner was prompt and polite and prompt. He cleaned the carpet well, but his equipment was circular and left arced marks in my carpet.

I was very happy with Green Power Clean. Simon, the owner, was very responsive, came within a couple of days, ended up cleaning more than we originally spoke of. He even did my drapes, which he doesn't usually do. My stairs and hallway carpet, which was the dirtiest, looks almost brand new to me. It is at least 10 years old. Simon is also very nice to work with. Definitely recommend!!!

We had four bedrooms, two sets of stairs, and a finished basement cleaned. The carpets look great! We had an unknown set-in stain that Simon removed for us. It was wonderful.

Simon was prompt, honest, and did great work. I had no idea who he was coming into my house, taking my rugs and if I'd ever see either him or the rugs again. Not one issue with the whole process so I'd 100% use him again and recommend him.

simon showed up when he said he would, as far as i am concerned he went above and beyond the call of duty.. he had his work cut out for him.he did it all with a smile.i offered to help him and he politly declined, saying thats what i am paying him for...i highly recommend him, and i got a bunch of his cards to pass out..when you find someone who does an outstanding job like simon did, you want to keep him busy...5 star company
