Chris was great! I spoke to him the same day I submitted the Service Magic request and he was at my house a few hours later. They started the job a couple of days later and seemed genuinely interested in doing whatever they could to fit me into their already busy schedule so that they could help me meet my deadlines. Quality work, efficient service, and a caring team. I'm definitely going to be calling them back in the future!

Chris was very knowledgeable about the mold removal. When he looked at the basement of my house he told me the wood 2x4's had to be removed. Two other companies told me they could stay but Chris explained to me why they needed to be removed. I took his advice and he removed the 2x4's for no extra cost. I also had mold removed from the attic in July so the crew worked at night do to the extreme heat. Chris was on time for all of the appointments and the work was done in 5 days as I was told. I am very happy with Green Point Environmental.

Excellent communication. Very impressive work. Very courteous and clean! Green Point was fantastic from start to finish. Chris and Marcin were extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. One of the best companies I have had the privilege to work with. I highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again for any future project needs. .Once again, if you need remediation specialists there is no other choice!
