The minute I hit "enter" after completing your form I received a call from Todd. We set an appointment for Tuesday between 5-6pm. He called earlier today and advised it would be closer to 5pm. He showed up at 5:05 and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

He called right away and came out to fix the valve. He was prompt and called to let us know when he would be arriving which was really appreciated. He spoke good English and understood what we needed done. I actually called him back since then for some other work. I feel comfortable using him since I have other projects coming up and I feel comfortable referring him to others.
