Project: Designer - Landscape
Guys who work for the owner are quick and efficient and they actually know more than the owner. Owner underestiamted size of the land and brought not enough of rock. Will ahve to bring it another time. Yet even though it was his mistake will still end up chanrging us if we get it with him. He also did not measure correctly syntetic grass in front of the house, so we had to patch it with few different pieces. Did not have any samples of plants or book or anything of that sort. We had to walk through neighberhood and pick our plants and design it ourselves. If this is how it is done anywhere else I will do the job myself.

Project: Lawn Care - Fall / Spring Clean Up
Did not perform as stated and did not complete the project as stated they would in proposal. Nice people. Concrete work is very good. They did not tie up/stake my cactus plant as they said they would and they did not vacuum yard. They did blow the trash off plants and yard as best they could and picked it up and cleaned it up, but not as good as a vac would have done as stated would be done. I must hire another contractor to complete the job.

Project: Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
They sent a man out here he fixed a couple wires said the system would work now. It cost me over a hundred dollars the system did'nt work . I hired another man paid him 100.00 dollars had to replace two shut off vaules and other parts of the system like the water lines that were wore out.

Project: Lawn Care - Fall / Spring Clean Up
The gentlemen that showed up to do the job were unware of what was supposed to be done. They started working on my front yard but it was the back yard that needed work. They did do a great job. They were supposed to spray weed killer down that I was told would turn the ground orange and weeds would not grow. I don't believe they sprayed anything down but at this point it is still too early. I did not like the fact that theywashed their tools with my water faucet and left a turpentine smell behind on my landscape which left my rocks discolored.

Office called immediately, came the next day as scheduled and was willing to work with my needs. The job was done the following morning, on time and is now retained to provide monthly maintenance/
