Shawn told me over the phone that my job would cost $350-$450 - defnitely not more than $450. I wasn't home at the time the work was done. The workers (Shawn wasn't present) charged my wife $500. (He had suggested we just leave a blank check on the door- glad I didn't do that). I called to discuss the discrepancy and he never returned my call. Might have had a legitimate reason, but the lack of communication was unacceptable.

The crew that showed up was nice and respectful of my property, and did everything they could to remove the snow from the affected areas. the work they did was perfect considering the sheer amount of snow involved. If this snowfall keeps up this year, I may need to have them come back again, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Sean was very professional and called back several times to say when his crew would be coming. Workers came and got all the snow off the roof, tried to get ice from the drain pipes and swept all the snow from the deck that had come down from the cleaning of the roof. One bit of advice.......if you see a 60 year old woman coming in the van.....don't panic like I did!! She was there to work and that she did! She climbed right up on the roof and spent 2 hours shoveling off snow and clearing off the deck. She was amazing!!
